To book a room via phone, call 732-729-4670. To book a room online, please go to http://www.theheldrich.com. Click on 'Book now' at the top left. Click on 'Groups' at the top (4th from the left). Next to 'Attendee Code', enter in 136967 and click 'Attendee Login'. You should be brought to a page where you can select the type of room you want and enter in your information for reservation. For information regarding specific room amenities, please contact The Heldrich at 732-729-4670. The block of rooms will be held until June 30, 2011. Another hotel option in New Brunswick: Hyatt Regency Two Albany Street New Brunswick, New Jersey 08901 There are also many hotels right outside of New Brunswick. Please let us know if you need help locating one. Parking: All parking in New Brunswick is owned by the town. Neither George Street Playhouse nor The Heldrich Hotel has their own parking. For those who need overnight parking (e.g., anyone staying at The Heldrich): The Morris Parking Deck (70 New Street) is the closest overnight lot ($15 per day or $16 per day if you lose your ticket) For those who only need parking for the night of the event only: There is street parking (usually metered until a certain time, please check signs as metered times vary by location). The Wolfson Deck (150 Neilson Street, around the corner from the George Street Playhouse) has a $5 flat nights & weekends theatre rate (no overnight parking). There are other lots in the area, if you want to park somewhere else.
